Maha Sardar is a barrister and solicitor with over 15 years of experience in immigration and asylum law. She is currently practising as a barrister within the immigration team at Garden Court Chambers, where she works on a wide range of immigration and asylum matters.
Her particular focus is on supporting vulnerable individuals, including refugees, unaccompanied minors, and survivors of torture and human trafficking. She is dedicated to providing compassionate and thoughtful representation to a diverse group of clients, guided by a strong commitment to justice and care. She is also a trustee of the Cancer Awareness Trust.
