Indu Kalraiya is a retired mathematics teacher with 46 years of experience in challenging secondary schools. Her particular skills in behaviour management enable her to empathise with difficult students, restrain negative emotions, and focus on positive development. These skills and experience have allowed her to make significant difference in the lives of children. She has been involved in various charities as a volunteer over the last twenty years. However, she is now fully committed to Noah’s Ark Children’s hospice in Barnet, London, as their fundraising ambassador, and Kidscount as their education officer.
